Why Would I Need A Health Check?
We are contacted regularly by facilities managers and end users asking us to attend their site to investigate systems operating with insufficient capacity. It is estimated that commercial buildings are using some 35% more energy than they should, a major contributor to this consumption is poorly commissioned and set-up air conditioning systems.
Under heated, over cooled & poorly ventilated buildings mean undesirable conditions for the occupants leading to complaints, absenteeism, reduced productivity and increased operating costs. Having an underperforming system fully health checked may not only increase your comfort level, but improve efficiency and reduce the risk of failure of the mechanical components of the system(s) installed.

A health check could be all that is required to rectify an underperforming system; improve your environment and reduce your running costs.

When Trouble Occurs
All Seasons Climate Control has fully trained technicians that can maintain your system(s) to the highest standard, but should problems arise our engineers have the technical know-how to fully investigate, diagnose and rectify any issue on all manufacturers’ equipment.

Identify the issue quickly with minimal disruption.

Fully investigate the issue and find the cause.

If replacement parts are needed, this will be reported to you and our service administration team where we will quickly contact the manufacturer/supplier to source the part required and return to site to change and put the system back into operation in the shortest possible time (Repair work is quoted and not part of the maintenance agreement).

Once the replacement part is installed, we will fully test the system post repair to ensure there are no further underlying issues.
